WOW, what a year it's been. The world seemed liked it stopped turning around this time last year as news broke out around the world of a global pandemic.

A vast majority of us have spent the last year confined to homes, unable to spend time with friends and family, a large majority faced job losses, pay cuts and unfortunately no doubt we have lost loved ones alone the way.

The world truly was reset.

So as we approach what seems like the endgame of this pandemic, it's time to reflect on what we have learnt during this ordeal and to remember the ones that weren't so lucky to make it this far.

One thing I have witnessed as the world rest, was a huge pivot in our behaviour, from friends, family and clients. Ive finally seen them hit that call to action button, so as the world stopped and reset, so many pivoted and moved.

Im seeing so many people coming out of this lockdown physically fitter, healthier. I've even witnessed individuals start businesses during this lockdown and even made them successful even in these hard times.

The world changed and so did they. As the world stood still they kept moving.

I know many individuals haven't been so lucky the past year, it's been a torrid time, they weren't able to pivot and be flexible in their approach, we as individuals need to to be able to pivot, to change our approach when the universe asks us different questions.

"Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach"

~ Tony Robbins

So as we enter the end zone to this pandemic ask yourself are you ready for a second reset?

The world will reopen but it will be a different one. So we as individuals need to ensure we don't get caught with our hands in our pockets.

If you've been lucky enough to make positive changes in your life, now is the time to hit that call to action button, we need to ensure we don't loose sight of these change as we return to some form of normality that we once knew as without a clear plan we could automatically see a return to our old destructive ways.

It's time to make a plan and fast.

" A plan without action is not a plan. Its a speech"

If you've been less fortunate during this pandemic, which I know so many that have.

Now is the time to ask yourself are you ready for your second chance?.

The world is about to re-open and you need to be at the front of the queue not stood with your hands on your pockets looking at the mud.

So plan, Re-think, re-strategise.

I know easier said than done, right? I know I've been there, so lets give you a P.O.A (plan of action) right now.

STEP 1 - Set goals with a positive impact.

Prioritise your goals. Look at all areas of your life, such as family, health, career, finances. Then decide what goal(s) in each area truly motivate you.

Todays task- get five goals write them down.

STEP 2 - Ensure they are SMART goals

Time - limited

Example instead of saying " I want to start my now business" the smart goal version would be: "I want to start my now PT business which helps people get fit by the summer"

STEP 3 - Live it.

Twice a day live it. Visualise yourself living these goals, living your dream, manifest these dreams into your subconscious until it's a reality.

Use a vision board, whatever it takes to keep feeding your sub-concious mind with your dreams.

STEP 4 - Work with passion, commitment and hardworking very fucking day.

There are no shortcuts, there is no substitute for hardwork.

Now you have a clear plan you're ready for the second reset. So take your hands out from your pocket and get to work.

Keep Safe, Stay motivated
