Sometimes no matter how many successes we have in life we can still feel empty, we feel unfulfilled, this can lead us down the road of the Blame game where we begin to blame everyone else for our lack of fulfilment or in other words our own unhappiness.
Well Im pleased to announce there is a way to seek fulfilment and enrich our lives and its pretty simple.
We must conquer our core values
Step 1: is to align our core values.
What is a core value? A core value is a fundamental belief that can dictate our behaviour.
If deep down we aren't meeting our core values, then no matter how many successes enrich our lives that feeling of emptiness will continue to remain like a bad smell
So What are the core values?
I believe we have six fundamental core values:
Step 2: Ok so lets Organise these core values in order of importance, number one being the most important and so on.
Here are few questions you can ask yourself to help organise and align your core values
What are the most important values that play an important role in your workplace/relationships/family and friendship?
What are your top 3?
Which Value must you have to feel fulfilled?
So now you've got your list ready we are ready to rock and roll onto step 3.
Step 3: Aligning our core values to our everyday life.
So we have our list (well done) now lets see if everyday life is meeting your core value.
For example, lets say at the top of your list we have honesty, but our career/job is consistently causing us to lie to Clients/customers regarding deadlines, targets, annual figures etc. Our workplace has now caused us a crisis in core values as your number one core value isn't being met, so no matter how much success our money we have within this role, somewhere hidden deep down its not fullfilling our needs.
This is a very basic example but now you can see the process and how we align core values to seek fulfilment and happiness.
Congratulations if you carried out the task, you've take a huge step towards enriching your own life.
